I've worked at ACC Electronix for eight years as a Test Technician, helping build test equipment, troubleshoot circuit board assemblies, and support production. What keeps me here is that there's always something new to learn and a new problem to solve. I enjoy working with my hands, using my technical skills, and finding solutions to challenges.
One of my proudest accomplishments was designing a circuit board test fixture from a schematic. Being trusted with that responsibility and seeing the finished result was incredibly rewarding.

I came to ACC Electronix 19 years ago as a temporary employee and ended up building a career. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems and figuring out how to make things work better. There's a real satisfaction in taking something from a design on a screen and turning it into a physical product.

One thing I've always appreciated about ACC is the pride people take in producing quality work. In my role as a Quality Inspector, it's rewarding to help identify issues before products reach our customers and to contribute to reducing returns and defects.
I started at ACC through a staffing agency and have had the opportunity to advance into leadership and quality roles through training and mentorship. Along the way, I've seen firsthand how people work together to solve problems and support one another. I was born and raised in the Philippines and spent most of my career working in the garment industry in the Philippines, Brunei, Cambodia, and the United States. When I joined ACC Electronix four years ago, I had no experience in electronics manufacturing.
At first, I struggled with hand soldering, but my coworkers took the time to help me improve. A teammate worked closely with me, and several Test Technicians shared tips and techniques that helped me build my skills and confidence. Today, I hand solder every day, and I truly enjoy the work.
One of the things I appreciate most about ACC is the people. Our workforce is very diverse, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. My team feels like a family—we help one another, support each other, and celebrate each other's success."

I have worked at ACC Electronix for six years. Before coming here, I worked in construction where work was not always steady. At ACC, I appreciate having consistent hours and a stable work environment.
What I enjoy most is working with my hands and building products. When I started, I worked mainly on the potting machines, but over time I learned soldering and other manufacturing processes. I like that every day is different and that I continue learning new skills.
I take pride in my work, especially potting, which requires patience, attention to detail, and consistency.
